Diary of work experience
This has helped me with babysitting my younger cousins and also when I baby-sit in the community. All this was very engaging, and I liked how I could ask Chris as many questions as I wanted throughout the day as they are a small team.
I have adapted his skill at school with class work and at home with my study plans. Trish was especially supportive and made my experience a very positive one.

The one thing I took away from the day was that to be a recruitment consultant you need to be extremely organised so you know who you are talking to and what you have already spoken to them about. I was very happy that I got the opportunity the help students and staff with their work. Evaluation I really enjoyed my time at Nagle Rice. I feel like this insight will benefit me in my future career as a Primary School teacher. First I did Maths with the Junior Infants. I hope that my organisation skills will help me to prepare a worthwhile home study programme so that I can study towards achieving the grades necessary for entrance to the Bachelor of Education Degree in Mary Immaculate College, Limerick. I helped the students to draw and cut out different shapes to make a house. Although it was similar to the previous week I still found it beneficial as I was able to improve my skills in searching and resourcing.
The first thing I learned was that having a rail card was going to be crucial. I learned how to communicate with her, trying my best to her work easier.
As I have never worked at a recruitment agency that specialise in this topic I felt there was a lot for me to learn, especially as KDR and the industry is fast-paced and constantly evolving. By doing this Gemma will be able to target specific campaigns depending on how people are interacting with KDR.
I felt my organisation skills were greatly enhanced.
Today I helped to teach the students different shapes during the Art class. Therefore, my role today was to go onto the job board called Jobsite and search for candidates that have uploaded their CV in the last 6 months that are also relevant to Data Quality and Data Governance.

I have improved my communication and teamwork skills greatly while in this placement. I would highly recommend work experience to anyone who is unsure what industry to go in. I firstly tested it on my computer and found no issues but when I tested it on my Android phone I spotted an issue with the image sizes on blogs. I had to find out if the person was known to KDR on Firefish, if they were signed up for email marketing and if they had registered for their own candidate portal. Therefore, my role today was to go onto the job board called Jobsite and search for candidates that have uploaded their CV in the last 6 months that are also relevant to Data Quality and Data Governance. I thought it was exciting to read through candidate CVs to see all the different skills and qualities people possessed. The first thing I learned was that having a rail card was going to be crucial. I feel like this insight will benefit me in my future career as a Primary School teacher. I felt my organisation skills were greatly enhanced. During the matching process the business and recruitment support administrator, Anise, showed me how to prioritise my searches to make it more efficient. I learned that you also need to be creative to be a Primary School teacher in order to make learning fun. I want to pursue my Primary Teaching training in Mary Immaculate College in Limerick as Trish and some of the teachers in Nagle Rice highly recommended it as an excellent course. Related Interests. I thought this was a very clever, fun way of teaching Maths.
